About the event
For centuries, Jews from all over the land made the pilgrimage to Jerusalem during Pesach, Shavuot, and Sukkot festivals. This journey wasn’t just about reaching a physical destination; it was a powerful expression of faith, community, and connection to something greater than themselves. The Temple in Jerusalem was the heart of this journey, where our ancestors gave offerings, an act of devotion and gratitude, each holding deep symbolic meaning. These offerings were brought to the Holy Temple in Jerusalem as part of the pilgrimage, and they represented not only the people's relationship with God but also the acknowledgment of the blessings and sustenance they received throughout the year.
