Bat'Ya Rosh Chodesh Women’s Circles is a welcoming experience created for women to reconnect with the cycles of the Hebrew calendar and deepen their wisdom of the month. Each Rosh Chodesh, we gather to reflect on the previous month and refuel our spiritual well by learning about the unique energies of the new month through Kabbalistic teachings, meditation, and embodied practices. These circles offer a nurturing environment for self-reflection, intention-setting, and personal growth, guided by ancient traditions rooted in Judaism. This gathering is an opportunity to harmonize nature's cycle with your inner self, empowering your body and soul for the month ahead. The circle includes a Kabbalistic shiur on the Hebrew month, a reflection, EFT (tapping), and journaling. Please bring your pen and journal!
